In RuneScape, teleportation is the fastest method of travel. Teleporting is also costly, as you must pay to use a portal or purchase a teleportation item. Shilo Village, a gem-mining town on the island of Karamja, is difficult to reach by foot. However, once you complete the Karamja Achievement Diary, you can use the Karamja Gloves 3 item to easily teleport to Shilo Village. The gloves will automatically teleport your character to the gem mine beneath the village.

　　Travel to Karamja Island. To reach Karamja, take the ferry from Port Sarim in Asgarnia for 30gp.Go to to the city of Brimhaven. It is just west of Musa Point, your port of arrival.Speak to Jackie the Fruit in front of the Brimhaven Agility Arena. He will give you the Karamja Achievement Diary. The diary consists of five quests to complete around the island.
